Massimiliano Trazzi
Founder
Massimiliano Trazzi is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in consulting and leadership. He began his career at the Seràgnoli Group in Bologna and Ernst & Young, where he developed his expertise in auditing and management.
For 12 years, he held executive positions at the Interpump Group, a global leader in high-pressure piston pumps. He later founded A.D.A. Capital, where he serves as President and majority shareholder, focusing on the company’s strategic development and growth.
He is the author of the book Total Return – Costruisci il tuo patrimonio, a guide on wealth creation and management. Additionally, he is a partner and co-founder of Detroit Real Estate One LLC, further strengthening his presence in the international real estate sector.
With a career that blends innovation and strategic vision, Trazzi is recognized for his leadership and focus on building sustainable value.
